Raymond W. Espinosa D.C.

Dr. Espinosa attended El Camino High School where he met his wife Angie. He played baseball at Sacramento City College. While studying and playing baseball at Sacramento City College he incurred a second injury that catapulted him toward the Chiropractic profession (see testimonial). Who knew injuries could be blessings? He did!! After stabilizing his back issues with Chiropractic he earned a scholarship to the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Blessed with the opportunity to play with an amazing team, the 1995 season culminated with a trip to the College World Series where they finished 4th in the nation. Throughout his baseball career, chiropractic was an integral part of his health care. Chiropractic helped him perform at a high level. Opting to end his baseball career at the end of his collegiate eligibility, he pursued his Chiropractic dream. In 1997 Dr. Espinosa received his bachelor’s degree in biology, married his high school sweetheart (the original dream) and then started chiropractic school. Whew what a year!

Dr. Espinosa’s and Angie have three beautiful children that have been adjusted since birth. He feels blessed to have such an amazing family. Sacramento is his home and they love living here and love taking care of the community.

Leni has been a part of our chiropractic family since 2016! She comes to us with a background in finance, sports, and performing arts. When she is not in the office, she is most likely taking a dance class, planning her next trip, or cuddling with her kitty and doggy. She personally got her life back thanks to corrective chiropractic care. Leni played water polo into junior college and continued an active lifestyle of hiking and sports outside the water. This led to her breaking many bones including her ankle three times! This caused her to gain over 70 lbs and stopped her from doing the things she so enjoyed. When she became a patient at Espinosa Family Chiropractic, she had no idea the benefits this would entail: one benefit being her the freedom and the ability to be active. Leni cannot wait to assist you in meeting your goals and helping you get your life back on track. Be ready to smile when you enter the door due to her contagious positivity and love for life!r

Aaliyah comes to us with a background and degree in Health and Physical Education. As an ex-collegiate softball player, she enjoys being active and teaching others about the importance of taking care of your body. Born and raised in Sacramento, she attended Sacramento City Community College finishing with her Associates in Social Sciences. After, she continued to Southern Oregon University to complete her academic and student-athlete journey. Through these experiences, she learned the importance of taking care of yourself and others. On her off time, you can catch her hiking, traveling to the beach, reading a book outside on a nice day, or working out. Aaliyah looks forward in assisting and encouraging you in your care progresses at Espinosa Family Chiropractic.
